Marcy Keuler Life Coach

You're capable. You've built things, led people, navigated things most people don't know you've been through. And yet something isn’t right. It’s like you've been running someone else's race for so long, you're no longer sure which direction is yours.

I understand that feeling from the inside.

I became a caregiver at 21, when my dad became ill and disabled. Thirteen years of making hard decisions quickly, learning the necessity of vulnerability, and discovering that time, even though it looks different than we thought, is a gift. Those years gave me a depth of understanding I couldn't have gotten any other way.

After graduate school for counseling psychology, I spent 27 years in corporate leadership (technology and human resources), not moving away from my purpose but refining it. The moments I remember most aren't the strategy wins. They're the moments when a person on my team finally saw the real impact of their work on others. That recognition, not a forced pivot, but a genuine moment of meaning, changed something in them. I've been chasing that moment ever since, as a leader and now as a coach.

I've also survived cancer twice. Those experiences revealed to me what it means to trust your own instincts, speak up before it's easy, and advocate for yourself in rooms that aren't always designed for that. I help my clients find their voice, the one that's been there all along, waiting to be heard.

When we work together, you set the direction. You'll be asked good questions, challenged to look honestly at what's holding you back, and supported as you move toward what's next, at a pace which respects both where you are and where you're going. My role isn't to lead you somewhere new. It's to help you trust the direction you already know.
