The 4 R’s
Most people who come to coaching aren’t broken. They’re capable and experienced, and somewhere along the way have lost touch with what they care about most. The 4 R’s is the process we use to find it again.
01 Review
We begin by returning to what you care about most. What do you value? What lights you up? What does a day look like when you feel like yourself? This isn’t about where you think you should be. It’s about reconnecting with what’s true for you right now.
02 Reflect
Here we look honestly at what’s been getting in the way. Where have you felt most dissatisfied, and what is common in those moments? How do your values and personality shape the way you respond to situations? Reflection isn’t about blame. It’s about seeing patterns clearly so you can make conscious choices about them.
03 Restore
This is the step where you give yourself permission to imagine. What could your future actually look like? What does it feel like to do work that matters to you, not work you’ve settled for, but work you chose? Restore is about coming back to yourself. Not who you used to be, but who you are when you’re at your best.
04 Reclaim
This is where intention becomes action. You decide how to move forward. That might mean staying in your current role with a renewed sense of purpose and a different understanding of how you show up. Or it might mean moving toward something new. Either way, it’s a decision you make from a place of awareness.
The process is collaborative. The pace is yours. And the outcome is one you’ve chosen with intention.
